5 Things I'm Loving Right Now

1.  Oprah's book, "The Path Made Clear: Discovering Your Life's Direction and Purpose."

This book was music to my soul.  For real.  I've listened to the audio book three times already and every time I find myself catching new pieces of wisdom and insight that I needed to hear that day.  It connects on a deep level.  It's a compilation of wisdom, experiences and insight from renowned and inspiring leaders like Brene Brown, Eckhart Tolle, Elizabeth Gilbert, Oprah etc. 

How they found their path and lessons learned.  I've enjoyed hearing their actual voices in the audio book.  If you're looking for something uplifting, this is sure to lift your day and expand your heart and soul.  

2. Blue Yetti Mic and Rode SmartLav+

What? What was that you said? I couldn't hear you.  Neither could your followers.  Yikes, that's what happens when you have bad audio.  

When creating online content, quality audio is important.  Don't make the mistake of overlooking this.  I went with the Blue Yetti mic for laptop, and Rode Smart lav+ for my phone. 

Having professional sounding audio, makes a huge difference. It will help you share your message and let it be heard, literally.  Maybe you're already great with this.  If not, look into something that works for you.  If you're looking to upgrade audio quality, these simple business tools can be helpful for you too. 

3. A Sleep Mask. 

Lame? I don't think so.  Wait, before you yawn here, I can't emphasis this enough. Guys, sleep is so important!  Don't let those motivational pep talks of hustle and grind 24/7 fool you. 

Sleep deprivation and exhaustion? No thank you.  I like to stick to the science backed benefits of getting a good night's rest. 

As a mom to 3, it's something I try to prioritize, because no one likes a grouchy mama. Better sleep means reduced stress, better mood, better memory, better performance. Those all sound fantastic to me.  

I have a blackout 3D sleep mask from amazon that kind of looks like a bra.  They have a "cup" if you will, that is contoured and rests on your eyes without touching them, so they don't squish your lashes.  Know what I mean? It helps me sleep better, and that is something I love, and you should too! Give it a try and let me know what you think. 

4. I Phone 11 

I'm a little slow when it comes to the technology bandwagon.  I tend to keep my phones and tech gadgets until they no longer make cords for them, you know what I mean?

I made the upgrade to a new I phone, which was a big jump from my old one, so I was super happy with all it has to offer.  The new camera is great for videos and pictures and it has lots of bells and whistles that can help me run a business from my phone, or laptop. Good job Apple.  Loving the new Iphone 11. 

 5.  Kajabi. 

Ever had to put together a website or page? It's a lot of work.  I've worked with developers before.  It can be great, but there are contracts to sign, time commitments, deadlines to meet, it can get pricy, and frustrations arise with the back and forth project tweaking.  It's a big commitment, and you really need to know what you want when diving into a project.
